These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Ripmaster Lawn Care & Landscaping ("RLCL") and our customers.
Estimates
Estimates are based upon conditions visible at the time of inspection and information provided by the customer. Additional work, unforeseen conditions, or customer-requested changes may result in additional charges.
Scheduling
Scheduled service dates and arrival windows are estimates. Weather, equipment issues, staffing, material availability, and other circumstances beyond our control may require rescheduling.
Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area, securing pets, identifying irrigation systems or underground utilities, and disclosing any conditions that may affect safe completion of the work.
Existing Conditions
Ripmaster Lawn Care & Landscaping is not responsible for damage resulting from concealed, unmarked, deteriorated, improperly installed, or pre-existing conditions, including underground utilities, irrigation systems, drainage systems, hidden debris, or unstable structures.
Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods include:
- Cash
- Check
- Credit Card
- Online payment through Jobber
Payment terms are:
- One-Time Services: Due upon completion
- Residential Recurring Services: Net 15
- Commercial Services: Net 30
Past Due Accounts
Services may be suspended or cancelled for delinquent accounts. Customers are responsible for any applicable collection costs, returned payment fees, or processing charges permitted by law.
Cancellations
Customers should provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling services. Charges may apply for work already performed, materials purchased, or mobilization costs.
Workmanship
If you have concerns regarding completed work, please contact us promptly so we have an opportunity to inspect and address the issue.
Communications
Customers may receive transactional communications by phone, email, Jobber notifications, or SMS regarding estimates, scheduling, arrival times, weather delays, invoices, and payments.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ripmaster Lawn Care & Landscaping is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Changes become effective when posted on this page.
